1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using HammLogistics, HammShop, HammPay, or any other service operated by Hammad Empire ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.
2. Our services
Hammad Empire operates three connected platforms: HammLogistics (delivery and tracking), HammShop (retail and wholesale marketplace), and HammPay (wallet, transfers, bill payments, and airtime/data top-ups). Each platform may have additional terms specific to its features, which apply alongside these Terms.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login details secure. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Payments and wallet
Funds added to your HammPay wallet may be used for transfers, bill payments, and purchases across our platforms. Transactions are generally final once confirmed. We reserve the right to delay, decline, or reverse a transaction where we reasonably suspect fraud, error, or a violation of these Terms.
5. Delivery and marketplace orders
Delivery times shown in HammLogistics are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by traffic, weather, or circumstances outside our control. For HammShop, sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings; we facilitate the transaction but are not the manufacturer or seller of record unless explicitly stated.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our services for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful — including money laundering, payments for prohibited goods or services, or attempts to circumvent our security or verification measures. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
7. Fees
Some services carry fees, which are shown before you confirm a transaction. We may update our fees from time to time; changes will apply to transactions made after the update takes effect.
8. Intellectual property
All trademarks, logos, and content on our platforms belong to Hammad Empire or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our content without written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Hammad Empire is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount of the transaction giving rise to the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to any of our platforms at our discretion, particularly where we believe these Terms have been violated. You may stop using our services and close your account at any time.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kano State.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the revised version here with an updated date. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
